Jodi Grossman is a dynamic leadership development expert who helps leaders at all levels achieve their potential for excellence. She has designed and implemented comprehensive leadership and management development programs that incorporated coaching and action learning to maximize impact. Jodi’s work has included facilitating organizational culture change, strategic planning, and helping groups solve complex problems and make tough decisions. Clients depict her as insightful, authentic, quick to grasp the complexities of organizational issues, and always dedicated to their success.
As a coach, consultant, and employee in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Jodi’s breadth of leadership development experience enables her to work effectively with people from a multitude of organizational contexts. Her clients have included many Fortune 1000 companies, including Verizon Wireless, United Airlines, Seagate, Coors Brewing Company, GreatWest Healthcare, Level 3 Communications, Amgen, ConocoPhillips, Abbott Labs, Hewlett Packard, as well as the National Sheriffs Institute. Jodi has served as a volunteer consultant with Social Venture Partners, an organization that facilitates capacity-building for not-for-profits, and as a coach with Boulder County Circles, an entity that supports people working their way out of poverty.
Jodi is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified to administer the Hogan Leadership Assessments, EQi2.0 Individual and 360 Assessments, Pinsight Leadership Simulations, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Denison Culture Survey, and is a Prosci-certified organizational change management practitioner. She holds an MA in Organizational Communication from the University of Denver and a BA in Biology from the University of Colorado. Jodi enjoys hiking, running, skiing, international adventure travel, attending independent film festivals, and savoring fine dark chocolate.
