Ruby is a savvy leadership development expert, executive coach, and HR consultant with more than twenty years’ experience in a variety of industries and organizations. She has a solid background and proven success in leadership development & facilitation, organizational development, executive coaching, and strategic human resource program development. Ruby loves doing work that shapes exceptional organizational culture, builds amazing teams, and ultimately makes life lighter at work.
Prior to joining SkyeTeam, Ruby began her career at Seagate Technology as part of a strategic global HR team. Since then, she has worked in other high-tech and non-profit organizations of varying sizes and diverse organizational strategies. This unique experience provides her with great insight to partner with clients and ensure alignment to the unique business strategy of each organization. Ruby understands the importance of driving business results while creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture.
Ruby completed her bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University and received her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University. She is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and is a member of the Boulder Area Human Resources Association (BAHRA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ruby has served various non-profits and has a love for the homeless community and their unique challenges and struggles. She currently works with her local homeless outreach organization (H.O.P.E.) and has served as a street outreach team member, board member, and fundraising team leader.
Ruby is a Colorado native who resides in Longmont, where you are most likely to find her in one of three places: (1) enjoying a pint at a local craft brewery with her husband, (2) practicing yoga, or (3) quilting with friends. However, option 1 is the most likely!
