The Beauty of Weeding

I’m pleased to report that I was right – last year’s efforts did in fact pay off this year.So do I sit back this year and admire last year’s work? Nope. I still go out about once a week and make my rounds, but the weeds fill fewer buckets this year, and I can focus more effort on other things. Like planning and planting – and yes, sitting back and admiring my handiwork.I do the same thing at work. If I keep the weeds out (clean off my desk) and stay on top of it (planning time every day), then I can focus on the stuff I really love to do (client projects) and the end result is beautiful (they’re happy and I’ve made a difference).Related ArticlesTags »management Share
