Jose

Jose brings a broad array of professional and personal experiences to facilitate growth in leaders across various industries and roles. He currently works as a Program Manager and Coach for SkyeTeam, while also freelance consulting and spending time volunteering in his community.

Jose had a successful twenty-year corporate career specializing in transformation programs and leadership development that spanned industries from telecom to entertainment and senior leadership roles in IT, Operations, and Human Resources. Prior to that, he also managed full service and delivery-based restaurants, learning how to thrive in high pressure environments – sometimes trial by fire in the most literal sense.

As a coach, Jose is recognized for building strong trust foundations by fostering genuine connections with people and holding space extraordinarily well. He firmly believes that we all have our own best answers inside us, and that the role of a great coach is to help people unlock their potential. On a personal level, Jose considers life to be a non-stop learning journey offering reinvention at all phases, and that there is no such thing as failure. Every lived experience provides more data and opportunity to inform future choices.

Jose lives in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts and is also happy working wherever power and Wi-Fi can be found. He loves to travel the country and world, spend copious amounts of time outdoors in all seasons, exercise, and simply help people in whatever ways show up moment to moment.
