What We'll Do:

Show Up Development and Facilitation
Step Two

What We'll Do:

  • Next, we’ll build a program customized for your organization’s unique developmental needs, including a leadership program roadmap and all program resources.

What You'll Get:

  • At the end of this step, you’ll have a customized, white-labeled curriculum in your culture’s language and voice created for your organization’s unique needs. We'll facilitate your pilot program and gather feedback from your participants and key stakeholders
Step Up Evaluation and Ongoing Development
Step Three

What We'll Do:

  • We will work with you to collect feedback and data on your leaders’ growth and the program’s impact. We'll also recommend ongoing development solutions that maintain and increase momentum for your leaders. We'll also partner with you to create a train-the-trainer option as needed, as well as collect feedback and data on your program impact.
