We’ll set up a chemistry session between your leader and potential SkyeTeam coach(es) (like a first date but with a lot less pressure). We'll talk about what success looks like for you, explore how we might work together, and make sure we're the right fit. (Because relationships matter!)

Once selected as your coach, we'll meet with your manager to align on goals and expectations. Think of it as creating your personal roadmap to success.

Want to know how others see your leadership style? We'll gather feedback from key stakeholders (totally optional, but highly recommended - it's amazing what you can learn!). Plus, we'll use some powerful assessment tools to give you extra insights into your leadership style.

Show Up: Targeted Coaching Program
Step Two

We'll meet twice a month for focused conversations that matter. Whether you prefer face-to-face meetings or video calls, we'll find what works for your schedule.

Between sessions, you've got direct access to your coach - because great insights don't always happen on schedule. Think of it as your leadership hotline. Need a quick check-in? Want to think something through? We're here.
