Ruby loves doing work that shapes exceptional organizational culture, builds amazing teams, and ultimately makes life lighter at work. She is a savvy leadership development expert, sought-after executive coach, keynote speaker, and HR consultant with more than twenty years’ experience in a variety of industries and organizations. She's also the author of You, Me, We: Why we all need a friend at work (and how to show up as one!).

Ruby shows up heart-first in her work and delights in clients who are ready to learn and grow. A master at practicing deep presence, she understands the burdens of her clients and helps them find new pathways to growth. Her compassionate truth-telling gives others the freedom to take risks and try new things.

Worked on a strategic global HR team and in a diverse array of high-tech, non-profit, and healthcare organizations before joining SkyeTeam.
Can thoroughly rock a pair of brightly colored yoga pants while doing the Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel) pose. (Though she prefers the Savasana (corpse) pose— aka. lying down after a job well done.)
Completed her bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University and received her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University.
Won an award for the first quilt she ever made and has been piecing fabric together ever since.
Is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Proudly reps for the Green Bay Packers as part of the Packers KISS group. (Yes, she will give you her autograph if you ask.)
Has a deep love for serving others in her work and in local non-profit organizations.
Is obsessed with craft breweries and has a strong opinion about every beer she tastes. (Well, she has strong opinions about everything!)
